Who We Are  &   How We Can Help

We are a local specialist charity that has been set up and is run by a very dedicated team of mental health carers
Our aim is to reach out to carers who may feel disadvantaged through social and emotional isolation and stigma as a carer of someone with a mental illness, by providing the opportunity to take part in social outings and respite/activities breaks to support their wellbeing.
We have no paid employees or premises to run our organisation from but we are extremely proud of what we have been able to achieve through our fundraising efforts to date.
We support carers of people with a mental illness living in Dundee and its immediate towns & villages.
Our volunteer committee are very passionate about what they do and give 100% of their energies to sharing with others not only the difficult times but offer hope and a life beyond caring.
